To all staff members, management is pleased to introduce a new daily work arrangement starting next month. To reduce travel stress, we are introducing staggered hours for full-time employees. You can choose an adjustable schedule, starting either at eight or nine in the morning.
Participation in this new system is entirely voluntary. However, one key stipulation requires you to keep your team leader informed of your chosen times. We hope this change will significantly reduce morning tardiness. In addition, weekend duty will now operate on a fair monthly rotation. Drinks and light snacks will also be available in the office kitchenette every afternoon.
