Liam had spent most of his spare time playing video games indoors, so waking up at dawn to observe wild birds seemed completely out of character. However, after reading an article about local biodiversity, he felt compelled to explore the natural environment right on his doorstep.
During his first few excursions, Liam struggled to identify different species. The morning air was chilly, and sitting silently in dense bushes required tremendous patience. Nevertheless, the club's experienced leader taught him how to recognize distinct bird calls and notice subtle variations in plumage.
