Dear All Occupants,
Please be aware of several temporary facility changes taking place next week in Building A.
First, due to planned work on the main power lines, a brief blackout will occur on Monday between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Please save your work and turn off all equipment before leaving on Friday.
Second, the main elevator will undergo safety checks on Tuesday. During this period, all staff should use the side stairway to move between floors. Follow the posted signage near the lobby for alternative routes.
Finally, the north parking area will be closed on Wednesday morning for surface cleaning. Drivers should use the south lot instead.
We regret the postponement of the monthly team lunch originally planned for Tuesday. Updated paycheck details will still be sent out by email on Friday as scheduled.
